The decisions, which are publicly available, are listed by the date the decision was issued, dating back to October 1996.
To assist with narrowing a search, there are a multitude search fields that may be utilized. Multiple criteria can be combined to form complex searches.

Below are the main categories and sub-categories that can be used as filters to refine a search in the TTAB Reading Room:
Proceeding or Application Number – the eight-digit proceeding or application number
Date Range – the date or range of dates in which a decision was made
Name – search for an individual’s name; this may be an applicant, a party, a judge on the TTAB panel, a judge who authored a decision, or an examining attorney.
TTAB decision – search a type of disposition of a ground or defense (e.g. granted, denied, etc.)
Mark and goods/services – each application or registration includes a pending or registered trademark, and identified goods and/or services
Proceeding type – ex parte appeal, opposition, cancellation, or concurrent use
Citable as precedent of TTAB – A “yes” indicates the TTAB designated the decision to be citable as precedent; a “no” indicates that the decision is not citable as precedent
Decision type – Search among decisions that were issued in a particular type of case
